Attended a few stretch classes from Chih Peng, improved my flexibility. Recommended for those who want to improve their flexibility.
The class is multi-level and super fun. Most importantly, Chih Peng is a great teacher, supportive and offer individual recommendations to further our practice.
The instructor was warm and understanding, his pace is great. The guided meditation at the beginning and end were also helpful. Overall, very pleasant class!
