About Me

My Story

I have been practicing yoga since 2018. I fell in love with the practice after attending a few yoga classes via a cheap Groupon deal that I found online. Since then, I began practicing to keep myself fit and to keep my stress levels low.

Fast forward to 2021, my mental health struggled during the Covid'19 pandemic as my anxiety affected my quality of life. Gradually, I began to realize that I would always find myself back on the mat during challenging periods in my life.

 

As I learnt how to accept & manage my anxiety, I dove deeper into my yoga practice and my passion for yoga grew even more.

At the same time, I was inspired by the kindness & generosity from my yoga teachers, and I became a yoga teacher in 2022. Since then, I have been teaching yoga classes at a boutique yoga studio to pay it forward & help others on their yoga journey.

My Teaching Profile

As a teacher, I have taught a range of classes ranging from Hatha yoga to Yin yoga, with a specialization in Arm Balances & Inversions.

I believe in treating my students with kindness & empathy. As we work towards achieving your goals, let us not forget those who have supported or stood by us along this journey.
